What should I expect during telemedicine visits?
Our telemedicine services will prioritize acute visits for sickness, as well as reviews of labs, x-rays, and medication re-checks. In order to streamline care and ensure timely assistance, we kindly request that all telemedicine appointments be reserved for urgent matters only. This adjustment allows us to provide efficient and focused care, optimizing the telemedicine experience for both patients and providers.
Please note that telemedicine appointments will not include refills for controlled medications; these require an in-office visit. However, established patients may transfer their pharmacy for controlled medications via telemedicine, provided a valid prescription has been previously sent.
