Emily Reynolds, FNP-C

Emily is an AANP Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her undergraduate studies at Henderson Community College and the University of Southern Indiana. With 12 years of experience in emergency medicine, she graduated with her MSN from Northern Kentucky University in 2020. Since then, she has worked in urgent care and emergency department settings. Emily holds certifications as a DOT-certified provider through FMCSA, as well as being a Certified Emergency Nurse and Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse.

Emily has a passion for health and wellness. She takes pleasure in getting to know her patients, listening to their stories, and focusing on realistic and sustainable lifestyle modifications for disease prevention and management. She collaborates with her patients to educate and empower them, providing the necessary tools for proactive engagement in their health journeys.
Emily resides in Henderson, KY, with her husband and three children. When she is not caring for patients, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and cheering for her son on the soccer field.
