De’Yonna Kendrick, FNP-C

De’Yonna graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with her Master’s of Science in Nursing degree in 2017, after having worked as a registered nurse for about 8 years in the hospital setting. Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner, De’Yonna has worked in family practice, occupational medicine, and urgent care settings. She has a strong passion for mental health and addiction medicine while also providing compassionate total healthcare for the mind, body and spirit.
