To maintain exceptional health and wellness, primary care involves

Dr Malek's office, which opened in 2010. The services below are available in

What should I expect during
primary care appointments?
During appointments at Dr Malek's office, Dr. Malek and the team discuss your symptoms and medical history. They check your vital signs and complete a comprehensive physical exam and a mental health assessment if needed.
You have an evaluation of your eyes, ears, throat, neck, heartbeat, breathing, and more. You may have a women’s health or gynecological exam, men’s health checkup, or physical.
If needed, Dr. Malek may suggest you complete nasal or throat swabs, blood tests, urine tests, heart function testing, or allergy and asthma testing, as well as tissue biopsies, X-rays, or other imaging procedures to diagnose and treat possible health problems.
